expand partnership to Rüsselsheim/Frankfurt a. M.
Starting October 1st, two of the largest private transport and logistics companies in the European general cargo market will further strengthen their long-time partnership.
After expanding their cooperation to Southern and Eastern Europe in July, the two family-run companies will further broaden their partnership to include the location Rüsselsheim/Frankfurt a. M. starting October 1st. From that date on, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in Rüsselsheim/Frankfurt a. M. will be the new partner for the daily traffic between Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moldavia, Montenegro, Austria, Romania, Serbia, Switzerland (Eastern Switzerland), Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary. The main objective of expanding the partnership is to exploit the regional core competencies of both companies with the daily direct and gateway transports. Gebrüder Weiss (GW) and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics have successfully worked together for more than 30 years. Both companies are founder members of System Alliance Europe (SAE), the leading European cooperation for general cargo. Today the SAE network comprises 46 partners in 22 countries.
