Gebrüder Weiss Partners with Transland
A strong partner for Hesse and North Rhine-Westphalia
As of July 2007, GW and the new shipping partner Transland are teaming up to increase presence in Hesse and North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. This follows a change from the previous shipping partners Pracht and Häring, who were both taken over by Kühne & Nagel.
As a result, tasks and business contacts of the distribution platform will now be managed in Bavaria from the Gebrüder Weiss offices in Passau directly. Further expansion planned
The most important message to customers is that the change of partners in Hesse and North Rhine-Westphalia from the previous company Pracht to the new company Transland (in Herborn / Hesse) will not affect the quality of service to that area.
With Transland, Gebrüder Weiss has found a strong partner in Germany for the future. This is already evident in the fact that GW and Transland have agreed to work together to expand business operations in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
